Xbox 360 if i were to send in my xbox 360 to microsoft and they couldn't fix it would they give me a new updated xbox 360?

your disk drive is most likely broken you can send it in to Microsoft for a repair if you've had it for less then a year and have not opened the xbox up but if you've had longer then a year you'll have to buy a year of warranty at xbox.com for 99.99 dollers US and youll get 1 month free gold membership with your purchase if you buy the warranty you can send your xbox in for a full repair if they cant fix they'll give you a new one

well it depends how old is the xbox. if it has the microsoft sticker on it that is located on the face of the xbox (you have to open the xbox to see it) then you can just send it in to microsoft and they will fix it for free. jut go to google and type xbox 360 technical support and they will give you instructions of how to send it in.

I assume you always update when the game gives you the oppurtunity, these updates include playability issues, glitches, etc.

Simply hold down the sync button before turning on the console. Continue to hold the sync button until the console boots to dashboard completely. This will clear any failed updates. If you still have this issue after performing this you will more than likely need to send your console in for repair.

older models of the xbox 360's disc drive have been reported with this problem i myself have had this problem . when you send your system out for repair they dont fix your system and send it back they send you a refurbished system. many older models had this problem . i suggest either buying a new digital drive for your xbox 360 and install it yourself or send it back out to microsoft

its is a software problem in the system and needs to be updated as the syytem can from time to time become corrupt and will not read game discs best thing is to check the microsoft xbox site for any updates for the software to solve this problem or send in for repair if unable to update

theres a known problem with the hitashi dvd drive in the xbox 360.
the only solution to this is a home repair job, look up on youtube on how to do this, although this isnt recommended as it voids warranty.
so the best way is definitely just to ring microsoft and send ur console in for repair.
