This means either your username is incorrect or the password you are entering is not correct. you should contact your internet provider for assistance

Sounds like a virus......if all the trouble shooting you have done didnt work the only thing you have left is either take it to geeksquad or format the HD and reinstall windows.

You can only recover your password if you know your username. If you have forgotten your username it is going to require you to make a new loggin name and password

Unless the machine is set up so that it will only operate for a selected user, you should be able to simply use it. Logging in may only mean that you have access to files that the previous owner has set to be used only by someone who logs in. When it asks you to log in, if it does, simply hit return and see what happens.

Please use the above link and download outlook connector and then click on outlook connector application after that enter the display name, hotmail or live email address and password then press ok.
Because you cannot configure hotmail or live id via http account in outlook now-a -days. You have to use outlook connector application and after providing your username and password in outlook connector you have to close the outlook and reopen it and your hotmail account will work perfectly.

is bt username and password (bluetooth)
bluetooth does not use username password unless it is a very specialized application.
if some app is not understanding your username password we would say you are not connected to the correct network. please reconnect to correct network and you will find all will be fine.
