Sounds like you need a new nozzle and filter. Clean the pump strainer too.

The smoke, is it blue or a very black smoke. Blue means oil leak past your rings, black means too much fuel, carb cleaning and or adjustment. Look at the plug, check for carbon build up there.

THE HEATER STARTS THEB BLOWS ALOT OF SMOKE

There are any number possibilities for intermittent running.
1. Bad ground connection at the Ignition Device (transformer, spark box)
2. restricted fuel filter causing fuel starvation
3. crack in the plastic end cover
4. crack in the airline
5. crack in the fuel line
6. crack in the nozzle adapter
7. water in the fuel
8. Others I’m sure I left out

You must be the one to troubleshoot & find the cause.

Ready hater 110,000 btu

replace the nozzle and check the fuel filter - if this is a kerosene heater. under the access plate is a round filter - remove it completely or change it.
