The filter is in the front on this one. Under the door, there is another panel. There are 3 screws that a 1/4" nut driver takes off pretty easily. Get a bowl and bucket. There is a white screw cap that you should easily see. Open it slowly with the bowl underneath. Close it again when the bowl is filled and dump the bowl into the bucket. Repeat until no more water comes out then unscrew it completely. Clean out the trap and replace. There is a stop that prevents you from overtightening. See if that works. A six dollar nutdriver is easier and cheaper than any repairman.
The filter is located inside the unit. it is directly connected to the drainage hose(external). its inside the unit on the back, left side. i would also check the following as well to combat this issue.
1. Clogged drain line or water pump
Check to see if there's something stuck inside the pump or the drain
hose connected to the pump (pump is usually located at the bottom
and towards the back of the washing machine).
2. Water Pump
If the drain line isn't clogged, you may have a problem with the
water pump such as a frozen pulley or a broken impeller. If that's
the case replace the water pump. Note: if you have a belt driven
washer, check the belt(s) for cracks, as this would be a perfect
time to replace the belt(s) if needed.

The error code must be cleared first to make the machine back into operation. You have to press the PAUSE/CANCEL button twice to clear the error on the display.
The only filter the machine has is the one you removed to clean the pump. When the error is cleared, you can check the pump whether it is operating properly or not by running the diagnostic test. Diagnostic Test Mode Procedure
Close the door.
Select the DRAIN/SPIN.
Select NO SPIN by pressing the SPIN SELECT button.
Press RINSE/HOLD or PREWASH OPTION button four times within five seconds.
"C:00" will show on the display indicating that the door is locked and the diagnostic test starts.
Press the button you pressed in step 4 above two times. "C:01" will show on the display and the machine starts to fill.
Press PAUSE/CANCEL button two times when there's enough water inside the tub to stop the test.
Observe the water level falls as the pump starts draining the water. Replace the pump if the water inside the tub does not drain. You have removed and cleaned the pump so you can easily replace it too.
Please inform me about the result of the diagnostic test and if you still need any assistance regarding this problem.
OE error is noyhing but an Outlet Error..OE simply means “the pump is blocked”. Clean and straighten the drain hose / clean the drain filter. Check the hoses (drain hose) and the pump filter but if it didn't cure the problem then turn the thing upside down and strip the pump out of it check if anything is caught in the impellor.. if so remove it and everything will be fine..
