Can not connect to xbox services please try again later

I try to connect my pinballfx2 game to my microsoft account but it says can not connect to xbox services please try again later but this always happens

I would suggest emailing the hotmail customer support center about it. If you can prove to them it's your account they will most likely get you back in. At least doing that worked for me once. I emailed and told them anything and everything I could remember about what was in my account, specific emails etc. Good luck:)

Gamer tag and account was stolen. Worked with Microsoft, they froze the account, investigated, sent an e-mail with a password to start process to recover gamer tag. Went into Windows Live & changed...
This may be a problem related to your account being stolen. Your best bets are contacting Xbox Support again. They should have the solution. You can probably try reseting you password again, then try again, but other than that, my bets are on the first solution. Good luck, and I hope you resolve your issue.

this also happens when you recover you gamer tag too many times, its a safety thing, go to live.com sign in an you will have a message follow the steps to re activate your account, sill i know but it worked for me...

I have gold membership, trying to buy points for an add on but keep getting the message...cant retreive information from xbox live please try later......why?????
Couple potential reasons:

1- xbox live marketplace is experiencing high volume.

2- Your Internet provider is undergoing maintenance.

3- (OK so a few reasons) your connection is spotty.

Solution= try again when volume is reduced maybe early AM or late PM, and check your internet for connectivity, (if you can play games on xbox live without issue then it's probably Microsoft, not you.

When i enter a gamertag it says try again later
this has most likely been caused by u or someone else recovering ur gamertag onto their xbox. wait for a day, then try again. if nothing else succeeds try callling microsoft and tell them ur account has been hacked. they will ask for your email and password give that to them and they should help you

to play on EA servers you need to create an account with EA first. first of all. if you have an ea account then try to log off of it, then sign on again.
