WD 52525 won't change channels

My Mitsubishi WD 52525 tv won't change channels by pressing a number (only changes with the up/down arrow) and won't display the Net Command Channel View listings. I'm a Comcast subscriber with a cable card. No problems until a week or two ago. Any ideas?

I have a mitsubishi wd-52525 tv and just replaced the lamp but the picture does not look as bright as before. no settings have been changed.

Try "initializing" a "factory reset" power on the tv then on the remote "menu 1,2,3 enter". Start the reset to default and see if the new refreshed settings help.

Changing the lamp in tv

take off the speaker grill. next to the left speaker will be a door with like 2 or 3 screws holding it closed. take those out and your lamp is in there held in with 3 screws. unscrew the lamp put in the new one and just reverse.

Mitsubishi WS-65611 tv channels cannot stop scrolling

Check to make sure the channel down button is not stuck. If it is not the button is probably defective. Mits has had a lot of problems with the buttons.
