Mate dropped the engel about 2 feet from ground putting small dent on corner near power inlets and now nothing works except for the internal fridge light and the little green power light next to temperature knob. It's the same when using either 12v or 240v.

If the compresor is running and the fan motor by the compresor too, I think there's not freon(gas) in the system beacause a leak,thst could hard to find it,could be in the copper pipes joints ,in the evaporator or in the condenser,to find it you need to presurase the system with freon and look for the leak with a leak detector(electronic,ultraviolet or bubles).Also it could be that the compresor isn't pumping in that case you need to replace it.

Looks either your thermostat is malfunctioning. If thermostat is OK then the problem might lie in loss of refrigerant gas, freon or CF4. Get these 2 items checked in the above sequence..sodeep
