OE error code indicates that the washer is unable to drain the water it used during the wash cycle. OE can be triggered by a kinked drain hose or a clogged drain pump filter..... please clean drain hose back side of washing machine.. Thank you
Have you cleaned your machine lately? They make an in wash boost- it gets rid of the extra suds built up inside the machine that you cant see but your machine detects it and causes faults such as that. Also, there is a small wire on the control board that may need replaced if it keeps kicking the error code.
If the drain time exceeds 8 minutes, the water valves are turned off and F02 is flashed.
Press PAUSE/CANCEL twice to clear the display.
NOTE: After 4 minutes the “Sud” error will be displayed, then 4 minutes later the F02 error code will be displayed.
Potential Causes
• Check the drain hose and make sure it is not plugged or kinked • Check the electrical connections at the pump and make sure the pump is running. • Check the drain pump filter for foreign objects • If the above does not correct the problem replace the pump
E20 is a general error code to get to the real problem try this.. Reading Error Codes 1. Wake the washer by pressing any button. 2. Wait 5 seconds. 3. Press and hold the START/PAUSE and CANCEL buttons simultaneously. As long as the buttons are held, the failure code will appear in the display as an “E” followed by two numbers, a number and a letter or two letters. The control will beep and the Door Lock, Wash, Rinse, and Final Spin indicator lights will flash. let me know what code come up... hope it helps
having the same problem found in side a small black hose with a small hole in it but have no idea what this hose is for. may be it is connected to some water sensor.
try unplugging and plugging back in, give it a couple seconds. If this doesn't work, you can remove the front cover reach up and pull the manual door latch.
f dl refers to a bad door lock. do you hear a faint clicking noise when you try start the machine and after maybe 30 secs of clicking the" fdl "comes up???or perhaps the door makes the noise to lock but never does lock,in which case sounds like a bad latch assy.. although the fault for the door latch it could also be the CCU not energizing the door lock. try taking off the top of the unit by removing the 3 screws along the back of the top assy (they are torx 20 screws) form there youll see the main control board mounted to rear wall and if you look straight down the right front side youll see the wiring for the door lock itself. disconnect power to unit!!!!! first unplug and replug all the wire harness on the door latch and then also the pink wires on the module itself, maybe just a loose connection. try it now see what happens
