You can't post conmments that contain an email address.
Go on line to Lanier.com, chose manuals. Then put your model in and that you want the users manual and down load it. Most of these kind of manuals are free to copy.

We also just had someone donate this same type of copier to us and do have a manual. We are currently having trouble with the stapling unit running continuously. The manual is about 130 pages. I may be able to scan it to you in a few days if you'd like.
Enter the IP address of the copier in the address bar on your browser(to see the copier's web page). You should see a log in button, admin is name and password is left blank. Address book should now appear on left side of screen, click it and add or edit addresses now.
On the keyboard......User tools> administrator tools>address book.
you make your changes\ additions here.
You also must have your network settings completed in user tools. DNS, SMTP SERVER, GATEWAY ect....
As one retired from that industry, my choice between those would be Sharp; Lanier support is much inferior to others.
If you have a service company in your area, I can also recommend Canon and Toshiba as reliable machines.
The best built copier of them all (IMHO of course), is Minolta but they are hell on wheels when they do need service and their support for their units is tightly controlled and independent service companies are pretty much shut out of parts procurement or ripped off in price.
Modern cartridge-based machines aren't nearly as service intensive as earlier but it is still wise to check on local support before choosing.
I'm going by my own memory here, so you may have to fool around a bit, but this should help. Manual is hard to come by for this old beast.
"user tools" "fax" Scroll to "key op. settings" (i believe you have to press "yes" or 'Ok" immediately after selecting this to access this feature??) In there you should see settings for RTI/TTI. This is what you program for your Identifiers (use the 'quick dial' keys for entering text).
