Hi there! i've been trying to download my pictures from my mobile phone to my computer, but i can't seem to do it. pleeeeeeeease help me,i don't want to loose my pictures nor change my phone!!!! thanks.
Your computer won't recognize your phone until it's drivers are installed. Google the model of your phone + the operating system +driver. Install the driver and then hook the phone to the computer by the usb that comes with the phone.
For example. If I had a Samsung Galaxy phone and Windows 7, I would type "Samsung Galaxy Windows 7 Drivers" into google. Download and install.
Another easier way to do it would be to simply Email the pictures to yourself and save them on the computer that way.

i think you should first cpnfirm if you system has the software to read the photos from your mobile.. you would have received a cd along with the mobile... insert that and then try downloading the photos...
