Unable to transfer or download as XP does not support .VOC file?
I have tried windows player and real network but will not convert.
Please help
Http://dinhe.net/~aredridel/devoc/ -- online converter to .mp3.
I clicked on the setup file and it told me the file was corrupted. now all the .voc file are gone. it asks me to format the disk. I didn't do it. Are my files gone?
It's not made to be an MP3 Player so it won't let you put music on. Thats common sense.
You've probably figured it out by now, but there is a program on your recorder in the setup folder. Install it on your computer. This program will convert the VOC files to WAV, then you can listen/edit in Windows.

I recorded tonight and when I connected to my computer in order to copy to a CD it appears that all my files are gone and it is asking me to reformat. I even tried to reformat and my computer could not complete the format. I have used this recorder before (on another computer with XP) and have never had this problem. I have recorded voice, people singing, other recordings in order to get digital file, etc etc, and have never had this problem. I am on a new computer that also has XP - could this new computer be my problem??
nothing reads the media on the computer
