Sansa Clip MP3

Go into My Computer and see if anything pops up once you plug the Sansa in. If it pops up open it up from there. Sometimes this kick starts an Mp3 to install itself.

Sansa e200

There is one option, not really a fix, just a workaround. Try the player on a different computer computer and see if it is recognnised there. If it is, then use something like a pen drive to transfer music from the PC that doesnt recognise the device to another that does. Now you can transfer music using the WMPlayer sync service.

If your device is not being recognised on many computers, it looks like it is time to chuck it away. You can also try this first though..
1. Remove the player from the PC and switch it off.
2. Restart the computer.
3. Hold the +Volume button and connect to computer.
4. Keep the button pressed for at least 60 secs, and you should see the "Found New Hardware" balloon pop up, indicating that the device has been detected.

If even that fails, then I'm afraid your Sansa player has run its course, and you may need to purchase a new player...:(

Uploading songs on it

you could try putting it into recovery mode if it's like the sansa e200 series. to do this plug it into your computer and click the hold button so the orange is showing. next, hold down the record button while pushing and holding the power button at the same time. after a few seconds it should go into recovery mode and factory settings will restore. this works for sansa e200's and i hope yours is almost the same as them. try the sansa forums though they could help alot.

best of luck

My MP3 Player is not connecting with my pc.

Its pretty simple. You can use to install drivers and application CD comes with the Sansa E280. If you dont have the CD you can go to Sandisk's official suport website and choose the model and the operating system then download the driver (Base model E200). Install the driver and test.
Here is the link that you can download driver

HELP WITH SANSA E260

Try this;

Run the recovery tool from the SanDisk website. Make sure you select "format" when prompted.

http://www.sandisk.com/Assets/File/Downloads/firmware/e200fw01.00.12.exe

You need to put the device into "recovery mode" before you run the tool.

- Turn the device off (hold power for 20 seconds)
- Slide the hold switch into "hold" position.
- Press and hold the "record" button while connecting it to your computer. Keep holding the "record" button until you see the "new hardware found" on your computer.

Then run the recovery tool. Select format when prompted.

Best of Luck.

Sansa e200 wont load music

Check if the player is in Autodetect/MTP then try retransferring the songs on the player. And before unplugging the player from the computer check if the files are transferred to the player click on the sansa e200 player on the left window to check if it had really transfferred the songs to the player. If it still wont work, try trasnferring songs using windows media player.
