Kwc faucet washers

Where can i find replacement washers for my KWC domo faucet. KWC customer service has been worthless. ChicagoFaucetshoppe says they cannot get it from KWC. Please supply a source of the dimentions. A commercial plumbing supplier went through their stuff and couldn't find anything that works when it is installed.

This is the washer that fits between the flexible hose and the spray handle. I know that this is the problem--because when I switch the washer between my 2 domo faucests, they leak stops. I have contacted the manufacture in Switzerland out of frustration. There has been no reply. I would strongly suggest not purchasing KWC products; no matter what your contracter, architect, or salesman reccomend. Go talk to the people in the parts department--they will let you know what KWC's customer support really is!

SOURCE: Sticking of KWC DOMO model faucet.

I would definitely take it apart to find out what is causing it to bind, that is not normal. Make sure that you turn your water supply lines off under the sink, via angle/strait stops. From under the faucet there is one or two nuts fastening the faucet to the counter, they are usually screwed on just a little more than hand tight. The problem may not be fixable, so be prepared to replace the faucet.

Just received the new part for the domo. My model is older and is chrome with black. I have removed the top screw and need to know what is the next step in taking apart the rest of the faucet so I can replace the new part # k.32.60.00

Thank you, Stuart

Have the same issue. No one seems to have an answer, including KWC (except to buy a new $90.00 cartridge).

Remove flow restrictor on KWC Faucet

We have a KWC 10.501.012.000 - Systema kitchen faucet and after installation the water pressure was much lower, even after adjusting the faucet's limiter screw to "minimum". We ultimately decided that the reduced flow was unusable and called back the plumber service. They sent out a different guy this time and he knew where to find and how to remove another of the faucet's built-in limiters (it has three, apparently).

I saved the removed water limiter parts. I hope this picture of them can you or anyone else with this same problem remove the limiter and get strong flowing water again...

I have a KWC K24.41.61.000C06 and I live in a drought region. How can I limit the flow on the main faucet?

This faucet is designed to run full open and has no adjustments for lowering the flow. I would put something around the handle to keep the lever from opening completely maybe some pipe insulation or tape. Now you could get into the hose connection where the filter screen is and make a small washer type deal with a small hole in it to restrict the flow.

KWC Domo faucet sprayer won't switch between spray and stream

Having installed and fixed kwc domo faucets for years I'd probably take the spray head off of the hose, then look into the bottom of the spray head and see if the check valve is still there. It probably is. I used to use a thin screwdriver to pry the check valve out out.It will come out. You need to work at it a bit but these hold back a lot of water pressure and catch any crud coming down the water lines.
