What do you mean by causing my car to drop dead?

Error 4 means the memory backup battery inside the Central Control Computer is dead or very low. Error 1 means factory defaults are being loaded due to a dead battery.

Then you either have a blown amp or speaker. Turn the amp off and move the wires from the speaker on the working side to the other speaker. If the other speaker works, you have a dead amp channel. if it does not, move the wires from the speaker on the non-working side to the other speaker. If that works, you have a dead speaker. Dead amp channel means take it to the shop. Dead speaker means buy a new one from Line 6 and install.

if spark is all dead, scan the PCM.

That could be dead battery meaning replace it.
Could mean dead OS where you need to reinstall it

If it won't turn on. Meaning it doesn't turn on turn on. The phone is dead and gone.
If the phone turns on but sticks at the apple logo, that means it needs a restore/update.
If the phone turns on and stick at the usb/apple logos. That means it needs to be restored.

To restore or update. You need to use itunes. If the phone is bricked and dead, dead... Then you need to get a new phone

computer not power on can be caused by 2 thing, first is your power supply was dead, and the second is your motherboard was broken
try to connect another power supply, if your motherboard can power on it mean your power supply was dead if still not power on it mean your motherboard was dead, change the motherboard with new one

That problem means your battery is dead, and needs to be replace!
Check the physical and voltage output of your battery, if its bloated, that means battery is dead. If no power output from battery and its not bloated, the internal circuit in the battery is dead.

I assume this is related to your LCD monitor.
I think you mean dead pixels. The LCD monitor has tiny pixel elements, one for each red, blue, green color and each one of these colored pixels are turnes on by a transistor. When a transistor fails then the colored pixel it controls does not light up. This is a dead pixel and it shows up as a tiny black dot.
If the screen displays a blue screen, a dead blue pixel will appear as a tiny black dot in the blue screen.
You normally would not notice a few dead pixels unless they are grouped together.
