Create a shortcut

Open the folder or directory that contains the program you wish to create a shortcut for.

Right-click on the program and click Create Shortcut.

This will create a shortcut named "Shortcut to <your program> in the directory you are in. If you wish to rename this shortcut, right-click the file and click rename.

Once the above steps have been completed, you can copy or cut this shortcut and paste it anywhere to execute this program.

Assign shortcut key to that Windows shortcut

Once the shortcut has been created to assign a shortcut key to that Windows shortcut follow the below steps.

Right-click the shortcut and click Properties.

Click the Shortcut tab.

Click in the Shortcut key box and press a letter. For example, if you press "p" the shortcut key will automatically be made Ctrl + Alt + P. Which means if saved when pressing Ctrland Alt and "P" all at the same time will run that shortcut.

try having the firmware reflash on the phone

hopefully you have not forget or changed the security code.

when the phone asked for the unlock code,
press the menu key in te center of the keypad
now the phone is prompting you for the security code eg 12345

It is the problem of your ribbon flex that is connector..
If you have not a good hand you cant do it. Take it to a Motorola Repair Center.

I'm sure the phone will be full functional again.

Here's how send a picture in a message.

1. Press the Center Select Key
2. Press the Navigation Key to scroll to Messaging, and press the Center Select Key
3. Press the Navigation Key and scroll down to Create Message, and press the Center Select Key
4. Press the Navigation Key and scroll down to New MMS Message, and press the Center Select Key
5. Press the keypad to enter desired text
6. Press Options, by pressing the left soft key
7. Highlight Insert, and press the Center Select Key
8. Highlight Picture, and press the Center Select Key
9. Press the Navigation Key and scroll up or down to the desired picture
10. Press Insert, by pressing the left soft key
11. Press Send To, by pressing the right soft key
12. Press the Navigation Key, and scroll down to desired contact, and Press the Center Select Key
13. Press Send, by pressing the right soft key

DUDE REPLCE THE IC

jus press menu once then press 000000 (6 times 0)

if you go to menue settings security then phone lock and lock now or auto lock you defalt security code is 1234 for the slvr if you bought your phone second hand id preform a master reset on the phone first and reset all settings back to factory if you want to try that to its menue settings initial set up master reset and def is 6 zeros 000000 hope that helps you

what you can do is press the menu key in the middle of the keypad , then you will see the phone asking for the "security code" enter the default security 000000.

this will give you access in the phone...but let's hope that you did not change the security code or if you have you can remember it :)
