Apparently heated mirrors may have been an option. You may be able to by the "pig tail" for that option from the dealer and add it to the existing wiring harness inside the door. If you take the door panel off you may find the harness already there. It may be tapped up with other wires. Some manufactureers add the accesorry wire on all production units and then just plug the needed components to cpmplete the package.

Heated Mirror on Passenger Side needs to be replaced. Mirror Part #91039AG02A. All mechanical features work, mirror is just cracked. How to install?

There should be a plug for the heater element. I think a new replacement comes with it, I am unsure. But just remove the old glass by using a screwdriver, wrapped in tape if you want, to pry it from the clips. The clips will release it, then unplug the heater element wire that is in the mirror. Plug the new mirror heater element, install mirror, it snaps into place, just give it a little pressure to make sure it is seated in the clips correctly.

Broken driver side view mirror-2005 camry

Heated mirrors usually have a symbol on them -- a small diagram showing squigley heat lines.

If you don't see this, it's probably not heated. But when you take the mirror off, if it's heated it'll have wires connected to the back.

Yes, you can replace a heated mirror with non-heated -- just leave the wires tucked out of the way when you install the new mirror.
