SOURCE: We bought the Jacuzzi Perfecta toilet 1 year ago

The complication here is that Jacuzzi does not make toilets anymore than Sears makes refrigerators. In Sear's case their Kenmore refrigerators are from Whirlpool with the Kenmore name.

It is my understanding that Eljer was the manufacturer of the toilets with the Jacuzzi name typically sold at box stores. With that as a starting point, surf the web for any Eljer toilet tank replacement parts and see if you can find a similiar flusher

SOURCE: I have a Jacuzzi Perfecta toilet (bought Aug. 21,

Have you tried shutting water off and take top of valve appart and flush it out. It may have something in valve causing water to be restricted. It will have an arrow on it to direction to get it to come off.

Take appart and clean rubber disc and you can put something over top of valve , a small cup or something to enable you to flush the tank. Have someone help you and hold the cup above the valve so that when you turn water on for a few bursts to flush out the valve it goes into tank.

The actual stream that flows through valve is restricted down to almost 1/8 " opening so it wouldn't take mush to block the flow of water.

The disc you take out you can replace it, if it seems to be damaged and not working correctly. That will affect the flow also.

Testimonial: "I took the valve apart. It is working like it is supposed to. That sure is a tiny hole for the fill water to shoot through. that is why it is so slow. It still whistles when filling. Tnx Walter Neaves"

After flushing the water run a long time before shutting off

Pull the top off to see the flap come down and seats properly over the hole. The water should fill up if this is correct. If it's off, water will continue to go into the bowl.

Why would the jacuzzi perfecta toilet handle comes off and now won't fill, just keeps running

Handle retaining nut either came loose or broke off. Check the flapper valve, if its not completely closed water will keep running out, and fill valve will stay open trying to fill the tank.

I have a Jacuzzi Perfecta SWP2 toilet. It worked good for a while , now when you flush it you have to jiggle handle to make the flapper fall.Lowes doesnt have a replacement so they sold me a Fluidmast

If you have to jiggle it it usually means the chain is longer then it needs to be so its getting caught on something, the jiggling just loosens it. Look inside when you flush to see whats happening. Metal chains also get wound up when too long and the same thing happens.
