ok you hold the power key 40 second and you see the power light is stable now you find the device from your phone when you able to find the device you are able to pair the device using 0000 pair key.
1.With the headset off, hold the Multifunction
Button until the LED remains on (about 2 seconds). 2 Perform a device discovery from
the phone. 3 When the scan is complete, the phone
displays the devices found. 4. Select the headset from the list of
found devices. When prompted by the phone, enter the passkey 0000
and confirm to pair the headset with the phone. Thank You
To recover/change the Administrator password perform the following;
1. Enter the Service mode.
2. Press STOP-0-CLEAR to enter the Enhanced security mode.
3. Enter Administrator Password setting, and enter new Password.
You just have to press your blutooth on/off button a bit longer for 15 to 20 sec, when the LED blinking stops (noted that the LED should be turn ON but not blinking), try to search the device again with your phone. By that time your blutooth headset should be recognized by your phone, then select and enter the code 0000.
