Check the freewheel lever at each wheel. If the brakes are disengaged, the chair won't let you use it for safety reasons... (ever wanted to stop at the end of a wheelchair ramp?)

DBowers check to make sure that your chair's motors are not in freewheel. If they are not check to make sure the charger is not still plugged in. If both of those are correct the chair might be in sleep mode. Check your owners manual to see if they tell you how to get it out of sleep mode. I think that on the Jet you turn on the chair and within 10 seconds push the joystick forward and hold it there until you hear a beep then immediately push it to the rear until you hear another beep then immediately release the joystick to the center. If you were in sleep mode the joystick should operate normally. Now I have had to try to get it out of sleep a couple of times until it returns to normal. Hope this helps

The number of blinking lights indicate the problem. Visit this site to determine the cause:

Try pushing the manual brake release levers all the way to the floor (with the power chair turned off) then back up until they pop into place then turn the power chair back on. If you continue to have a problem, contact Hoveround, they are good at trouble shooting over the phone.
Good luck!
