SOURCE: when i turn on the chiar the led lights blink, and...

Check the freewheel lever at each wheel. If the brakes are disengaged, the chair won't let you use it for safety reasons... (ever wanted to stop at the end of a wheelchair ramp?)

SOURCE: all lights are blinking rapidly when trying to

DBowers check to make sure that your chair's motors are not in freewheel. If they are not check to make sure the charger is not still plugged in. If both of those are correct the chair might be in sleep mode. Check your owners manual to see if they tell you how to get it out of sleep mode. I think that on the Jet you turn on the chair and within 10 seconds push the joystick forward and hold it there until you hear a beep then immediately push it to the rear until you hear another beep then immediately release the joystick to the center. If you were in sleep mode the joystick should operate normally. Now I have had to try to get it out of sleep a couple of times until it returns to normal. Hope this helps

SOURCE: all lights blinking rapidly

The number of blinking lights indicate the problem. Visit this site to determine the cause:
http://www.pgdt.com/scenter/diagnostics/diagvsi.html
Try pushing the manual brake release levers all the way to the floor (with the power chair turned off) then back up until they pop into place then turn the power chair back on. If you continue to have a problem, contact Hoveround, they are good at trouble shooting over the phone.
Good luck!

Lg led tv doesn't turn on

These blinks [flashes] are fault indication (Error Codes). From the number of blinks occur at one time switch ON, you can get an idea about the faulty circuit section inside it. This will make repair easy. These are called blinking codes. Make sure about the exact number of blinking of the standby/power LED, by switching On & OFF the set, for at least two times. Count it carefully. If you wish to get some details, check the site linked here. It has details about blinking codes, and fault locating procedure, to many popular brand TVs and other devices....

If blinks continue without any pause, the main board is faulty.

Why is the Rinse Cycle and Drying not working

Unfortunately you did not specify the model dishwasher so I'll give you a general answer.
(The indicator light, straight from Washing moves to completion stage where the light blinks rapidly) I believe you means the "End LED" (LED 3) blinks rapidly. If this is true and according to your description of failure (no drying, no rinsing) I think that appeared alarm AL04. It means the thermistor (NTC) not compliant - probable failure of the component that detects the temperature .
I suggest you to check: thermistor NTC, wiring and electronic.

Eninge lite blinks fast and wont start

Pull any error codes.

The engine light lights up when you turn the ignition switch on, then goes off. After four seconds, if it comes on again and stays on, there is a present fault code. When it is an historical fault code, it comes on with ignition and goes off then comes on and goes off again. I believe in like 4 second intervals. A historical code will not be removed until a cycle of 50 ignition on/of intervals has passed. In other words, the engine light will continue to light two times when ignition switch is turned on, after 50 on/off cycles have passed the historical codes will no longer affect the engine light when starting.
If you will hold the odometer button on the side of the console down, and turn the ignition on and off, three times I think, waiting for the fuel pump to stop before turning the ignition switch to the off position, and one second until you turn it on again, the third time holding the odometer button down until the engine light begins to blink it will begin to blink in a fast sequence showing the fault codes will follow.
First indication of fault code display is rapidly blinking engine light. After that count the number of times the engine light lights up. There will be a brief pause between digits. If there are multiple codes stored, the rapid blinking will separate each. Once the fault codes begin to repeat, you have gone through all stored codes.
Tips: Have a pencil and paper ready.
Maybe ask a friend to help out. Sometimes a second pair of eyes can be good.
Go through a couple of cycles, so that you are sure you haven't missed any codes.
One example is if it blinks 3 times, pause, the blinks 2 times, that means 32.

How do you set the garage door opener for a 2004 toyota 4runner LTD?

You hold the remote close to the three buttons on the vehicle. You choose which button you want the remote to transmit to, and you hold it down. With your other hand, depress the garage door remote opener, and hold it very close to the 3-button assembly. Wait for the red L.E.D. light to blink slowly. If it does not blink slow, continue moving the remote around, until it does blink slow. When it starts to blink slowly, stop moving the remote around. Wait until the light starts blinking rapidly. When the light blinks rapidly, the process is complete.
