Yes. You can do a hard reboot but holing down the volume down while holding the power button down (from the off state) to reset the phone to factory condition. You can find a YouTube video on this.

One way I can think of is to delete the contact, reset your phone, and then add the contact back in. I know it's a lot of work but if it helps it would be worth the bother. Hope this helps!
