Evidently your bios is not configured correctly. Get a copy of the user's mannual, from the mfgr., for proper set-up.
Yep the solution to this for me was to make sure the secondary power supply was plugged in. Look at the screen before you hit F1 and see what errors are on the screen the computer thinks is important enough that it thinks you need to see prior to booting.
Check your Hardware configuration. This usually happens when you tell the system BIOS that you have for example, a second floppy or Hard Drive, when you do not. So it stops and asks you what to do next. Hope that helps. Eddyfix
