SOURCE: sd/tf card error
I use to have similar problems with my DS Card :(. In the end, I end up buying a new one - I personally use http://www.NDS-Gear.com
Apparently, the Sd/tf message occurs when there is a problem with the connection between the micro SD and the DS Card or between the DS card and the DS. You can try giving your micro SD a good clean ( give it a good blow) and see if that makes any difference. Also, I heard that sticking some papers at the back of the DS Card works for some people. If nne of this work, you would robably want to buy a new one or try and get a repalcement from your seller.
SOURCE: onknown format
The SD card format only goes to 2Gb, anything after this, is an SDHC. You are obviously trying to use this with an R4 card or similar... These will only accept micro SD, and not micro SDHC

ok here we go!!!!!!rusty on this!!! so ur card is working but games no.. well if ur emulators are not pacthed they wont start so patching the emulators will make sure its runs on ur R4 and make sure you download files for R4. here are the files and sites
http://hbnds.biohazardteam.org/ has emulators!! they let you play snes nes and more
http://chishm.drunkencoders.com/DLDI/#patchers ok go to the R4 files for this site ok and also it has the patching programs on the bottom Win32
extract the file ok get the dlltool32.exe file and drop it in a folder on your desktop and put the file for your R4 in the folder to and the emulator also then run program dlltool32.exe and chose the patch file you downloaded and the emulator file and run it! it should say patch success and now set the emulator and any files it came with and add games in the card and run it should work
