PUK code is provided by the cellular service provider. Kindly get in touch with your service provider as PUK code is for the SIM, not the phone. Just tell them you need PUK code and they will provide it to you.

PUK stands for Personal Unblocking Key. This is a uniqueeight-digit code specific to your SIM card. This is required when the PIN numberto unlock your mobile phone is entered incorrectly 3 times. You are then given10 attempts to enter your PUK code. If an incorrect PUK code is entered afterthe 10th attempt, you will block your SIM card permanently and will require anew SIM card from your mobile phone provider.
