Had battery replaced now car will not start with my remote

Is your check engine light on? Check engine light will disable the remote start feature.

Remote Starters have to bypass the anti-theft software. disconnecting the battery, broke the programming. You will need to take it back to the installer.

problem is the low battery
have it load tested and charged up or replaced
remote or key still use the same bad battery

Need to bring back to whomever installed remote start for them to reprogram the remote start. Seems it needs to be re mated to cars system.

If the remotes are anything like GM remotes - you will have to reprogram them both. Most Auto-Zone stores will do it for free - if you buy the batteries from them. Or google Infinity remotes and they will tell you how to do it yourself.

The remote start may now need to be reprogrammed because it needed a slight amount of power from the battery to remember the settings. Replacing the battery interrupted this. Check the manual that came with it.for instructions.

If the remote is not working, then disarm the alarm manually. Turn the ignition on and press and release the valet switch one time. You should hear two chirps from the alarm. Start the car. If the car starts then replace the remote battery. If the vehicle fails to start after disarming the alarm then there could several other issues. Does the vehicle attempt to start, i.e. clicking from the starter, motor tries to turn over, etc.? Does the car battery have the power to start the car?

Any luck with your keyless remote issue? I'm having the exact same problem with my Ford F150 CrewCab after car battery replacement.

is the car starting using the key? (manually), if so, then replace the remote battery, if problem still persists, then check the remote & the car's receiver...
or
the car's battery or some controller might be out-of-service!
new cars are electronically controlled, if any problem occurs, it jams the whole car,  perhaps this might be your case.. For your Safety: it is recommended to ask help from Honda Service Centre!!
