Quite likely, if when breathing. Get along to a doctor in case it is an internal organ injured.

I have a cramp like pain on my right side under my ribs. What could be the cause for this?

First, I'm not a Doctor.
* You should ask a doctor about this.

*** Following is for information only.***
* pain on right is better than pain on left (over heart).
* Pulled muscle.
* Bruised or cracked rib.
* I've heard of a "scratched rib" (something sharp run across the ribs but not breaking skin. Like running up against the corner of you desk. Ouch.)
* Appendicitis? (can't remember which side, right?) Step on short stool or first step on stairs then hop down on both feet. Your appendix will bounce. If you collapse on floor then go to doctor. If not then it's probably not(?)
* Angina? (Extreme heart burn) if it's that bad then get checked; Acid reflux, Ulcer, stomach injury, Internal injury.
* Diaphragm injury. (doctor and X-ray?)
* Hernia. External indications. (bulging, etc) may be a partial tear in wall. Doctor has to check.
* LOTS, more, on and on.....
* Be Safe. Have doctor check.

fixya site is not medical forum so go see a doctor and get a proper diagnosis
indicates kidney stones or possible cancer
any pain that lasts more than a week needs proper attention

I have a pain when I push on it just under my left rib cage what could it be also i have been constipated for a while I'm really worried

Here are just a few of the possible reasons you may be feeling pain under the left rib cage:
Gluing gas in the colon - There is a possibility that you have gas trapped in the colon. The amount of gas that has become stuck may be excessive. You can usually feel the pain resonating from the upper left side of the abdomen to the left side of the rib cage.
Irritation in the spleen - There is a possibility that your spleen has already been broken due to several reasons and this can cause some pain in the left rib cage. In order to know if the type of pain you are experiencing is also due to this, you may also want to see if you are experiencing other symptoms such as pain in your left shoulder limbs.
Broken Rib - This is probably one of the most common reasons why you are experiencing pain under the left rib cage. There is a possibility that you feel pain under the left rib cage, because it has broken the rib. Ask yourself if you have been in any accident lately or if you have hit yourself unexpectedly. This may just be one of the reasons you've broken your ribs.
