i think you have deleted that .dll.. use a reinstallation cd of windows so that you can boot.. it worked for me

check this card if support in windows vista....if not! check in there website if the have available driver for vista.

i have this problum how can solve this problum

well i have the same problem ndi works hard to fix it nd finally the only way is by repairing the system coz i think it is related to a codec problem which damage the DVB.EXE file.nd i succeed with this so just try it repair windows not formatting nd install media classic codic it could help u :D

Try un-installing then re-installing the software for the usb stick.

Normally, the driver you have with the hardware is the driver you must you, as it may cause all sorts of conflics trying to use others. Intervideo would not have written a driver for your dvbt card, only their own.
