Now we are getting this error message "

after restart below error message is displayed

Hi.
Power off CANON ir5020 then try to pull-out cartridge toner. check up paper feeder for paper garbage
cleaning using vacuum to get dust and small paper dirt.insert toner cartridge fix and power on again.
if same problem error display.your canon mainboard need repair.

SOURCE: Printing Problem.

RPC server may not be started issue the following command to start the RPC server:

net start rpcss

I successfully ran the command to resolve a previous problem. keep me posted
