Steps To Cancel Digital Order

• Go to Your Digital Orders.
• Find the accidental order you'd like to cancel.
• Select Cancel Items.
• Choose a reason for the cancellation from the drop-down menu, and then click Cancel This Purchase.

If you still have any kind of issue then navigate to www kindle com support or you can also call kindle customer service number which is toll-free.

It's instant, and as far as I know they can't tell if you sent it to your Kindle or not, you'll either have to buy it again or transfer the file once you download it.

It may be that you accidentally ordered it twice, and they've just canceled the second order. Check in your Amazon account (Your account-Your orders-Digital orders) and see if you've actually been charged for this book. If you have, and it's really not available for downloading to your Kindle or already on it, contact them through <https://www.amazon.com/gp/help/customer/contact-us> with the dates you ordered and paid for the book. I've always found Kindle customer service swift, competent, and fair in adjusting errors.

You have to login to amazon and ask there.
You can fine support for the Kindle, but also for your account.

Look for Archives; It may have been moved there. If you checked the list and can't find it, contact Kindle and they will resend it.

If you deleted it from the Kindle it will still be on your Amazon account in your archive/cloud.

From your HOME page click Cloud/Archive, possibly sort by most recent, touch the book title and download it again to your kindle.

If you deleted it using MANAGE MY ACCOUNT then you will need to contact Amazon Customer Services using the HELP button. They may help you if it's rare event.
