Do you mean the One For All URC-3021 three-device universal remote? Documentation for the remote is available here: http://oneforall-na.com/remote.php?type=URC%203021 . For a Curtis Mathes TV, try the following codes: 0047 0054 0154 0451 0093 0060 0702 0030 0145 0166 1147 1347.

Please note that universal remotes are limited to codes for devices that were released 6 months or more before the remote was programmed. If your TV is newer than your remote, you may need a new remote. The URC-3021 was released in May 2004.

I own a One-for-All universal remote, and my booklet says the setup code for a Curtis Mathes TV (without a built-in DVD or VCR) is one of the following numbers: 0030, 0047, 0054, 0060, 0093, 0145, 0154, 0166, 0451, 0702. I can not guarantee these numbers will work with your remote, but it is worth a try.
