This is a reset method for using on the Keurig Platinum B77 coffee ... Show more ... set to brew in morning ...Missing: v1255
You did the correct procedure. You may have a line leak. If bubbles occur, air is getting into the line somehow. It could be the connection point or a small hole in the plastic line from the water reservoir to the heating reserve.
Fill the water tank with vinegar and run through about 5-6 glasses leaving time in between to let the vinegar clean. After running all of the vinegar through it should be brewing regularly again.
You are experiencing a clog of the upper tube. Not outside but inside the tube. Use a paperclip, open an end force it up the tube to clear the deposits and your in business. Remember to do a Full cleaning now and again with vinegar solution. Keep Filter changes at least every 4 to 6 weeks.
In complete brewing is relative to the timeing circuit and may need factory services. If in Wrranty, end it back to retun to the store for a replacement.
Before you take anything apart, which I came close to doing, take a toothbrush to the metal pins/spouts. After running I don't know how many cups of vinegar and letting it sit, it still wouldn't brew more than two ounces. I was going to attempt a fix found on the internet, and I thought, what the heck -- can't hurt. So I took out a new toothbrush and brushed both pins (didn't have to remove anything) and voila! Out came some grounds in a cup of water and it brews the full amount of whatever oz. I choose. Works great, normal and I didn't have to disassemble anything.
This worked for me:
1) Turn off machine
2) Remove lower tray. It pulls right out. make sure it is clean. RE-insert.
3) Remove upper tray. It's a little trickier, put it also pulls down and out. Mine was full of coffee grounds. I rinsed it out with tap water.
4) Replace upper tray.
5) Take a used V-cup and take the foil and filter out leaving only the plastic tray. Clean it thoroughly of coffee grounds with water. Replace it in the V-cup insert.
6) Power on the Vue. It should come on pretty quick and say " Ready to Brew" run 6 to 8 oz through with just the blank V-cup. This will clean out any remaining debris.
7) Now put in a new V-cup and brew your coffee!
The only way to adjust strength of coffee on the Grind&Brew is by changing how much water you use. The container for the beans only holds enough for 10 cups of coffee.
