I can't use my own data please help

Go to OPEN Internet Access. Here you make changes that may do what you want to accomplish.

It sounds like you just have wifi turned off. Go to your settings, then wifi, and toggle the switch to on.

I believe the route is to call your service provider. However, see the link What is the Alcatel PUK code below.

What is the Alcatel PUK code

Sounds like maybe your data needs to be rebooted. On your phone turn off the WiFi and data, then turn your phone off for 30 seconds. When you turn your phone back on wait an additional 30 seconds before you turn data back on. After the 30 seconds test your data and see if it's working. If still not working you could have an app or something causing your phones rams to be high. And even then just reboot your phone and it should work.

In order to use your phone again, you will need to enter the email (Gmail) and password while connected to the internet via WiFi or data connection. If not, you will have to do a Factory Reset. Do the following to do a Factory Reset:

• turn off the phone

• press the following simultaneously:

Volume up
Power button

• you will now be on recovery mode

(use volume buttons to navigate and power to choose)

• choose wipe data/Factory Reset

• choose yes--delete all user data

• choose reboot system now

Seems like your phone is functioning correctly.

You have disabled wi-fi so it is asking whether you wish to use Phone Data Connection instead. (Standard Practice when trying to access data services)

What you need to do is un-tick the option in options Use only 2g networks. (3g is the mobile data service) That should then allow you to access Mobile Data. (3g)
