Some keys giving double letters cant enter password for windows

I am trying to enter my password but some of the keys are giving me letter twice and when i press A it cancels the password entry so im not getting in to system .I may have cleaned the keyboard last time some weeks ago. this my first time to use since. have i set up some function maybe?????

Good morning! possible that some of the keys (/letters) terminal point of your keyboard were locked/stucked-up during your cleaning. I suggest to use another keyboard then check the status of the keyboard if it is working properly thru Device Manager. best regards

Hi,

The ASCII equivalent for the lowercase "n" is 110. The uppercase "N" is 78. So, to enter your password with these letter equivalents, follow these steps:

  1. To enter "n": hold down the ALT Key and press 110 in the numeric keypad. When you release the keys after you entered 0, the letter "n" will be entered in your password area.
  2. To enter "N", use ALT + 78 like step number 1.

NTLDR missing issue

  1. Insert the Windows XP bootable CD into the computer.
  2. When prompted to press any key to boot from the CD, press any key.
  3. Once in the Windows XP setup menu press the "R" key to repair Windows.
  4. Log into your Windows installation by pressing the "1" key and pressing enter.
  5. You will then be prompted for your administrator password, enter that password.
  6. Copy the below two files to the root directory of the primary hard disk. In the below example we are copying these files from the CD-ROM drive letter, which in this case is "e." This letter may be different on your computer.

    copy e:\i386\ntldr c:\
    copy e:\i386\ntdetect.com c:\

  7. Once both of these files have been successfully copied, remove the CD from the computer and reboot.
