Often these fan assisted type ovens have a safety that keeps th fan off if it believes the door is open. Look for uneven door closing or cracks in the door to frame closure. Is this a commercial convection oven?
Well Can you tell me what does come on? And list the things that are suppose to come on and are not?
Oh yes I forgot to mention that can you see where the door switch is? And access it? If so put the wires together and see if this will allow anything to come on if so this switch is out.
But because you say the light dosnt work, and Im assuming it may have a set of fuses inside the oven and this may be whats out. Remove and check the fuses for continuity or check across them with power applaied (thats end to end on each one) for voltage. If you read voltage across the fuse (like you were going to check for continuity but in this case your checking volts) th fuse is open replace it and recheck.
