How do i get full screen to show command bar again

Try right clicking on a part of the task bar and checking that the "Lock Task Bar" is not ticked in the menu that appears, untick it if it is. It shouldn't be as you can drag it to the left or right of the screen. Then click "Properties" and check that the "auto-hide task bar" is not ticked. Again it shouldn't be but untick if it is.
In these circumstances you should be able to drag the task bar to all four sides of the screen and it should remain visible at all times. If it is still not showing at the bottom of your screen, I would suspect that your graphics card is setup to show a larger screen than the actual screen can display, and you need to right click somewhere on the desk top and look at "Screen Resolution" (win7) to see what the settings are and what you can change them to to try and bring the task bar back into view when it is on the bottom.
Do any of your programmes lose their lower parts when viewed full screen?
On today's wide screen profile machines, I often find it better to have the task bar on the side. It takes a little getting used to at first, but after a while I found it more natural than at the bottom.

Are you using Internet Explorer? Just go to the top of the screen with your mouse and RIGHT click on the very top part of the screen. It should bring up a small menu, look for Menu Bar, and LEFT click beside it (it will put a small check mark beside it to show that the option is enabled). You can show or hide many of the info bars along the top with this method. If you pick one that you dont want anymore, just open the menu again and click on the check mark to unselect it. Make sure that your Sensor Bar is connected properly and that there is no damage to the wire connect it to the Wii.

You may have to place the Sensor Bar else where and reconfigure it to work again.

-Connect the Sensor Bar under Wii Console in the left menu.

Try running the Check Disk Utility.

To run the check disk utility you will need a repair disc ora operating system disc. Put the disc in the cd drive and boot fromit. You want to get to the Dos Command Prompt (Black screen with whiteletters) and type the following command: chkdsk /r
Check disk will run well over an hour or two and you will notice thepercentages going from high to low, this is normal. Let it run tocompletion. Then reboot machine.

If check disk fails to solve your problem you might have to reinstall windows.Try doing a Repair Install that way you don't loose your data, documents,music, pictures, videos or programs.

In windows xp you get to the dos command prompt by selecting R for repair whenthe options appear.

In Vista and Windows 7 you want to get to the recoveryconsole and look down at the bottom of the window for the Dos Command.

You can show or hide the Menu bar, Favorites or Links bar, Command bar, and status bar. Here's how:

1. Open Internet Explorer by clicking the Start button , and then clicking Internet Explorer.
   

2. Click the Tools button, point to Toolbars, and then click the toolbar you want to show or hide.
   

hit f11 should bring the bar back.

You can always show the Favorites, Command, Status, and Menu bars by right-clicking the Tools button on the right, then select them from the drop down menu.

Righ click on the Task bar and follow customize command bar > Add/remove commands.

To add a toolbar, click Tools, then Toolbars from the Command bar or right-click on the Command bar to see a list of toolbar options. You can activate or deactivate a number of Internet Explorer toolbars from this menu option. You can even Lock the Toolbars to make Internet Explorer 8 show the same toolbars each time you use the browser.

To add or remove Add-ons, click Tools from the Command bar and select Manage Add-ons from the drop-down menu. From this menu you can view and manage a list of different Add-on Types you've got installed in the browser. To add more, click on the Find more providers... option at the bottom of the window. To delete an Add-on, highlight the one you wish to remove and select Remove, or select Disable if you wish to leave it installed but make it inactive.

i had a google toolbar plus gmail but used a recovery tape now lost google toolbar and cant get my gmail
