this may the problem with catridge only because when you put the clour catridge it is detecting it.the contacting surface may be damaged in the black catridge. so please get the new catridge and repalce it. the problem will be solved
HP has embeded tools to detect if you are using the original HP cartridge or not in their printer driver.It detect fake catridge & display message to the user.That is the message you are encountering.Avoid using fake catridge for long printer life and good quality printing.
