It relates to the failure of the loading section. So check on the linking wires/flexible strip to the load motor- this is a ccommon fault and is seen most of the time.
Secondly the tray with CD can get strck due to a faulty disc- being warped. if so manually retrieve and reset.
finally there is a tiny hole near to the eject which can reset the changer if this has hung up or is jammed.
Open the covers and probe.

Sounds like the unit has either a failing load belt to the cd drawer mechanism, not allowing the transport to fully load the cd. Give the unit a gentle tap just after the drawer closes and see if it resolves the problem.
OR a faulty spindle motor, you will have to take the lid off and after pressing play, give the disc a gentle "kickstart". If it then begins to run, then the motor is the problem.
If you find it is neither of these, get back to me here and I we shall go further
you can try to use a cd lens cleaner CD. Put the lens cleaner in slot 1 and load disk 1 the cleaner shouls be dropped in place and begin to clean the cdrom lens.
The error code is a mechanical error fault, possibly something in the mechanics that load the CD onto the spindle motor.
The only sure way to know what the problem is, is to open the unit and let it load a disc and see what happens.
The problem may also be due to a very dirty laser lens, with a dirty lens the laser won't be able to read the TOC (table of contents) and all the CD's will cycle through the changer and a error code will be set.
Best of Luck.
use your user guide to read the problem related to error 11 .. most probably your wire connecting your changer witht he head uint is either cut or not functionall ... hope that answers the question
