Hello! My HP ProBook 4525s has the following problem: When I try to start the laptop, the power button blinks twice and not start; Meanwhile Display, flash twice. I removed the battery and turned it on only charger and do the same. I disconnected more consumers like HDD, RAM, Wi-Fi module, keyboard and have the same problem. I checked the connectors. It is possible to damage the motherboard? Please help me! Thank you!
The RAM is not connected properly or it may have become damaged
you know it is useless to power up a battery powered computer without RAM so it blinks twice to tell you the situation then stays off.
try replacing the RAM with a new one
Testimonial: "I replaced it with a good one and still does not work.Battery is low, the AC adapter is connected and has 19V. When I press the power button I have two flash one second on screen, power LED flash twice and the fan rotate, after it stops."
I replaced it with a good one and still does not work
Second step is the power adaptor
Add a CommentRemove the battery and insert the adapter plug then press the power button
if you get the led symptom then the motherboard / RAM slot has an issue and if there is no life without battery then the adaptor or its connector is bad

Based on the User Guide : Turning the TouchPad on and off The TouchPad is turned on at the factory. When the TouchPad zone is active, the light is off.
To turn the TouchPad on and off, quickly double-tap the TouchPad off indicator.
the indicator is on the top left side of TouchPad zone.
Good Luck
flashing battery light is normal when the battery is empty ,and the orange led should become steady when you insert charger then it should turn to blue and after the battery is fully charged the led is turned off, i think the problem is that no charging happens check your adapter and the DC input

Sub out the ram one at a time, if luck is there unit will start, second option is remove the main battery often loads the system down.

The power supply is the issue, or the DC jack in the laptop has developed bad connections, or ram issue. Remove 1 stick of ram and power on, if no! remove second one, and replace the first, power up, if no! test the power supply for proper voltage, if okay! it is a DC jack or motherboard problem.

Remove the battery, Plug in the AC charger. Push and hold the Power on button for 45secs. If this doens't reset. The fault is most likely the System/Motherboard. If the unit is under warranty, contact HP and arrange a repair.
