You have to have your injector pump set at tdc by dealer or shop that deals with delco injector pumps. You set engine at 28 degrees btdc compression(marks will be on flywheel you can see through inspection hole) and then install pump tighten gear bolt then unlock injector pump,

How to time a Ford 7500 turbo backhoe

Timing a Ford 7500 turbo backhoe involves adjusting the timing of the engine's fuel injection pump. Here are the general steps to time a Ford 7500 turbo backhoe:
  1. Locate the timing marks: Look for the timing marks on the engine's flywheel and the timing cover.
  2. Clean the timing marks: Clean the timing marks to ensure they are visible and easy to read.
  3. Rotate the engine: Rotate the engine in the direction of normal rotation until the timing mark on the flywheel lines up with the pointer on the timing cover. This indicates that the engine is at Top Dead Center (TDC) on cylinder number one.
  4. Remove the fuel injection pump: Remove the fuel injection pump from the engine.
  5. Adjust the timing: Rotate the fuel injection pump until the timing marks on the pump housing line up with the timing marks on the engine. The exact timing specifications may vary depending on the engine and fuel injection pump model.
  6. Reinstall the fuel injection pump: Reinstall the fuel injection pump and secure it in place.
  7. Verify the timing: Rotate the engine again to make sure the timing marks still align correctly.
  8. Test the engine: Start the engine and test it to ensure that it runs smoothly and efficiently.
It's important to follow the specific procedures and timing specifications provided in the engine's manual or by a qualified mechanic. If you're unsure about timing your Ford 7500 turbo backhoe, it's recommended to consult with a professional mechanic or technician.

How do i fix throttle shaft leak in Roose Master injector pump on my case 580c backhoe?

there will be small seals or "O" rings in the pump shaft cover. Manual details will be on the net but best if you have a case technician repair it as it will be done quickly and properly.

HOW DO I BLEED THE INJECTORS ON A JOHN DEERE BACKHOE.I BELIEVE IT'S A MODEL 310

I have the 410 model, ran it out of fuel plenty of times in the past but never had to bleed the lines due to the electronic injector pump. If it just stalled then you probably dont have an air pocket problem. Most mechanics dont recomend using starting fluid on these engines, but if you are careful and dont try to keep the engine running on it you will be fine.If it starts and quits try changing the filter,or cleaning the tank filter.

How to change injector pump on CAT 428f backhoe?

Try to loosen the nuts on the fuel lines going to the injectors and crank the engine till all the air bubbles are removed from the system. Don't crank the engine for longer than 30 sec at a time letting the starter cool down before cranking again.

1987 John Deere 510 Backhoe

have you tried cracking the injector lines for air?
if you crack the lines 1 at a time fuel should spay out if nothing comes out after a few moments the injector pump could be bad.
and you did fill the filter before you put it on right.
