There are no replacement parts for Nostalgia Electrics equipment.
Double check that the kettle is plugged in, that the switch has power. If inclined open kettle and inspect wire connections and continuity, beyond that the popper is not fixable.

You should talk with there service department first, The heating Element is always the last reason for a kettle to stop heating. Look at wires, thermostat, switches, and plug connectors first.
Did you ever get it to work.. Its either 1 of a few things.. the heating element.. wiring or the thermostat.. youll have to remove the bolts that hold the kettle in place to see the wiring .. let me know.. i just repaired one that had the same problem..
remove the heat element cover attached to the element will be a thermal fuse it looks like a silver tube with a flat end and, a pointed end; remove and, replace the fuse; radio shack sells the fuse
