How to change the language on Android tablets Chinese English etc...

Have you tried to change OS language by going to to "Control Panel-> Region and language"?

This forum has listed the Chinese names for the menu options you are looking for (I could not directly paste the Chinese characters here). Clicking on them should allow you to change the player's language.

the phone selects the language according to the information on your SIM card so I would request a new sim card from my service provider in english

go to a uni and ask an asian for help with the language. (maybe your local asian shop owner?)-wrong language!ha.

wat I did was, I installed an elgish version of vista and then used the key given for the chinese vista for registration. Hence, I got both english version of vista and got it licensed too.

The hong kong n76 accepts both english and simplified chinese input so it is posible that you can change the language if you can find it although if your phone has as i suspect been flashed with the chinese version firmware then you may need to have the phone reflashed with the english version. You can get a nokia service point to do this for a small charge or if you feel confident can do it yourself with something like, nemesis software and the usb cable that came with it.
