I have had this problem on this same model (F32650) and I discovered that what is happening is that dust and debris are causing the microswitches in the panel to short, therefore the channel starts changing and wont stop or the volume changes etc...
Get some electronic switch cleaner and (with the power off of course!) spray into the crevaces around each button and press each button a few times and then power the unit back on and it should be fine.

How do I manually tune in my normende tv

Hope it may help you,
"Without a remote, accessing your TV's menu and programming the channels are more difficult. Sit down in front of your TV and find the "menu" button. It may be immediately visible or hiding behind a flip-down panel. Press it, and the onscreen menu will appear. Use the channel or volume buttons to navigate to the programming menu. The "enter" button is one of the other panel buttons. Experiment until you find the correct one. Due to variances in TV menu systems, the programming feature may be located in difference places, so browse the menu to familiarize yourself with it. Once familiar with the menu, change your source to either "cable" or "antenna" depending on which service you use. Begin the channel programming and wait for it to finish. Once it's programmed, your TV will now automatically skip to channels that are available to you when you change channels." By Aaron Wardell

Reprogram channels on my Westinghouse tv model sk26h520s for a new location

Make sure that the source is set to TV. If you use the original remote, press the top button between the volume up/down and channel up/down buttons. If you use the buttons on the side of the TV, the Source button is next to the Channel Down button.

Next press Menu. (On the TV, it's the top button. On the remote, it's the top left button next to the arrow keys.) Now navigate down to Channels (use the Channel down on the TV) and press Enter on the remote (or Menu on the TV). Navigate down to Scan Channels and press Enter or Menu (as needed). Choose Antenna or Cable, depending on your source and press Enter again. (Note: the volume buttons on the TV are your left and right arrows in the OSD.) If you get a confirmation notice, select Yes and press Enter.

I hope this helps.

TV flips through channels at 2 channels per second.

It sounds like a button is stuck or bad. I would spray some electrical cleaner on the buttons 1st. If that don't work, the switch is probably bad.

I have a new TV Model 47PFL3603D/F7 and am hooked up to comcast digital box and cannot figure out how to get my comcast remote to regulate the volume. I have the set on channel 3 and everything works...

Usually on a universal remote (after programmed) the volume is controlled by pressing the cable button then adjusting the volume. When you turn your tv on by pressing tv power---then flipping through the channels by pressing cable--channel up or down. The remote (in my experience usually only controls the volume while in the cable mode)

Toshiba (Model : 36A43) - volume goes down automatically

I am having same problem on 32 inch same problem. After playing with board with no results,I tried front buttons and found that if I held the power button in ever so slighItly as not to turn it off, it fixed problem which is the micro on/off switch, I removed the switch and used the remote and everything is back to normal, I am about to insall a used micro switch after I finish typing this but I am sure this will clear up volume problen and menu going crazy problem if not I will just leave micro switch out and use the remote, and I will get back to this board only if that micro switch still causes the problem, so if I don't post in next hour the problem is fixed and I'm more than glad to help.

Camera

If you're looking at the face of the phone, there will be volume adjustment buttons on the left-hand side. While using the camera, try pushing those buttons to get the picture back to the way you want it. The top button (volume up) will flip it upside-down or right-side-up. And the bottom button (volume down) will do a mirror image effect.

HOW CAN I GET PROTECTED PROGRAM TV-PG OFF MY TV?

This problem is caused by your TV's V-chip setting.

To fix the problem:

Push the "Menu" button (on either the remote or the TV's fromt panel).
Use the "Channel Down" button to go to "V-CHIP SETUP"
Use the "Volume Up" button to select it.
In the V-chip setup screen, the rating that is selected by the user as viewable will allow that rating and only lower ratings to be viewed on that TV. (If TV-G) is selected, then any programs rated higher than TV-G will be blocked.

So, the easistway to get rid of any blocking is to set the rating to TV-MA (mature), and then any and all programs will be viewable on that set. Select "TV-MA" by hitting the "Volume Up" button after you have scrolled down to that rating with the "Channel Down" button.

Then hit "Menu" to exit out of the settings and saave your changes.

Tv turns on manually, but auto flips through channels and you can't use remote

Found this in another forum (www.hometheaterspot.com) and it fixed my remote problem:

"...it's possible that one of the front panel buttons is "stuck" or shorted, and this could cause the TV to ignore commands from the front panel or remote. But this should also cause the Power command to be ignored, too. You might try pulling off the front panel and disconnecting the front panel buttons and then see if the remote works."

TV changes channels itself

Have you checked to see if any of the front panel buttons are depressed and stuck??? this is a big problem these days?? I have also found the infared remote sensor to be bad on some sets that do crazy things all by them selfs.. A funny storry once i had was a customer called me after her mother called some goast finders as her maggy projection set would go on all by itself andf the channels would change and the volume would go up and down all by its self. funny thing I had a set just like thast in the shop at the time with the same problem and I scoped out the output pulse from the infared reciver on the set and that was putting out noise on the data line and caused the set to eratacly do all sorts of weird stuff. get the point?? its a stck button or the remote sensor is bad.
