I have a scanprisa 640p acer scanner which doesn't work with windows xp . the CD I have for it is just for win98 only . I need the drive for windows xp please.

after u have installed this it will say: next will add scanner please follow the hint to complete installation.
scanners and cameras folder will open up
1.cilck on add device.a wizard will open
2.cick next
3.select EPPSCANNER in the manufacturer's list.
4.select color flatbed scanner.
5.type a name
6.click finsh
7.it will say that it is not compatible for xp. ignore and cick on continue anyway.
8.now turn off your computer.
9.connect the scanner to your computer and turn it on
10.now start your computer and your scanprisa 640p should work.

Guys don’t try and waste your time, this kind of scanner dose not match windows XP its only run with windows 98,,, am driver programmer and it will never run with XP coz the manufacture Acer doesn’t create a driver for XP... just buy a new one with USB tech.

I have scan prisa 640P flatbed scanner, i have been using it on my old pc having windows 98, now i have purchased new pc having window XP, when i coonect the scanner it is asking for driver.I duly loaded the driver with manufucture's cd but that doed not support the windows xp.
