Need manual setup code for leapfrog baby little leaps to work with insignia tape/dvd player

I was given a leapfrog baby little leaps controller with dvd, but no instruction manual. Following the dvd set-up and looked up manual setup codes online. The list doesn't include my Insignia dvd player. Has anyone else with an Insignia dvd/tape player figured out the right code?

The quick setup code for Magnavox is 13 and the manual setup codes are 002, 004, 094, 121, and 123.
