Are you changing the whole belt unit or just the belt with the same belt frame.
Some times the frames get bent and that eventually starts sliding the belt to one side causing it to rip. If you are changing the whole belt unit and it keeps on doing it then you might have some parts either broken or damaged.
Take the Transfer unit out and with a flash light make sure the Belt lift assembly is not bent and it easily raises the belt up and down.
Take out the Image unite(make sure you protect them from the light) and put in one at a time to make sure you are putting them in correctly, make sure they light up evenly.
One last thing you might want to look at is the erase lamps to make sure they are not bent and are still in place.
Hope this helps......

Epson c1900 transfer belt unit insert problem

If you are having difficulty inserting the transfer belt unit into your Epson C1900 printer, there could be a few different issues causing the problem. Here are a few things you can try to troubleshoot the issue:
  1. Check the transfer belt unit: Make sure the transfer belt unit is properly aligned and seated in the printer. If the unit is not properly aligned or seated, it can cause it to get stuck when you try to insert it.
  2. Check the printer: Make sure there are no foreign objects or debris inside the printer that may be preventing the transfer belt unit from inserting properly.
  3. Check for any visible issues: Inspect the transfer belt unit and the printer for any visible issues that may be causing the problem. This can include damage to the transfer belt unit or the printer, or foreign objects that may have gotten stuck in the printer.
  4. Check the transfer belt unit pins: Make sure the pins on the transfer belt unit are properly aligned and seated in the printer. If the pins are not properly aligned or seated, it can cause the transfer belt unit to get stuck when you try to insert it.
If you have tried these troubleshooting steps and the problem persists, it may be necessary to have the printer serviced by a professional. A technician will be able to diagnose the problem and determine the necessary repairs.
I hope this information is helpful. If you have any further questions or need additional assistance, please don't hesitate to ask.

Ricoh SC312-05 code, any solutions?

The error code SC312-05 on a Ricoh Versafire CX7100 indicates an issue with the paper transfer unit. Here are some potential solutions to address this error:
1. Check for paper jams: Open the printer's doors and inspect the paper path, including the transfer unit, fusing unit, and paper trays, for any paper jams or obstructions. Clear any jammed paper carefully.
2. Clean the transfer unit: The transfer unit may accumulate toner or debris over time, leading to issues. Follow the manufacturer's instructions to clean the transfer unit thoroughly. Use a soft, lint-free cloth and be cautious not to damage any components.
3. Check for damaged or worn-out parts: Inspect the transfer belt and roller for any signs of damage, wear, or contamination. If you notice any issues, such as tears or excessive wear, the transfer belt or roller may need to be replaced.
4. Reset the printer: Power off the printer, unplug it from the power source, wait for a few minutes, and then reconnect and power it back on. This action can sometimes reset the printer and clear temporary errors.
5. Update firmware and drivers: Ensure that your printer has the latest firmware installed. Visit the Ricoh support website and check for any available firmware updates specific to your printer model. Additionally, verify that you have the latest printer drivers installed on your computer.
6. Contact technical support: If the error persists after performing the above steps, it is recommended to contact Ricoh's technical support or consult a professional technician with expertise in Ricoh printers. They can provide further assistance and guide you through specific troubleshooting steps or arrange for on-site service if needed.
Remember to exercise caution when performing any maintenance or repairs on your printer. If you are uncertain or uncomfortable with the process, it is best to seek professional assistance to avoid any further damage to the printer.

Error code 116-323 in xerox 250

error code 116-323 on a Xerox WorkCentre 250 series printer typically indicates a problem with the Transfer Belt Unit. This unit is responsible for transferring the toner from the imaging drum onto the paper during the printing process. Here are some steps you can take to troubleshoot and potentially resolve the issue:
  1. Power Cycle: Turn off the printer and unplug it from the power source. Wait for a minute or two, then plug it back in and turn it on. Power cycling can sometimes clear temporary errors.
  2. Check Transfer Belt: Open the printer's front cover and locate the Transfer Belt Unit. Ensure that the Transfer Belt is installed correctly and that there are no visible signs of damage or obstruction.
  3. Clean the Transfer Belt: Dust and toner particles can accumulate on the Transfer Belt, affecting its performance. Gently clean the Transfer Belt with a soft, lint-free cloth or a cleaning pad designed for this purpose.
  4. Reset Printer: Some printers have a reset option or a combination of buttons to clear error codes. Refer to the printer's user manual or Xerox's support documentation for instructions on how to reset the printer.
  5. Update Firmware (if applicable): Check if there are any firmware updates available for your Xerox WorkCentre 250 printer. Updating the firmware might address known issues and improve printer performance.
  6. Check Consumables: Verify that all consumables, including toner cartridges and imaging drums, are correctly installed and not depleted. Replace any depleted consumables with new, genuine Xerox supplies.
  7. Check for Paper Jams: Ensure there are no paper jams or obstructions in the paper path that might be causing the error

Transfer belt in Prinyter Error Support?

Transfer kit is a sensitive and vital part of the printer. When it's worn out, it is advisable to replace it before continuing on printing.
Transfer kit if not replaced causes much more damage to the printer. Turn off and unplug the printer and let it cool down for a few minutes.
Open the front cover and push the lever that locks in the transfer belt and raises it carefully to remove it. Lift it gently on the side and slide it gently to completely remove.
Replace the transfer belt with the new one. Make sure to lock it safely before putting back the lid. Plug and turn on the printer

On the off chance if you are still getting troubles then call printer customer service number 1-888-597 3962 (Toll- free). Resource link: https://www.quickhelps.co/phone-number/epson/
