App dials the number, but speaker doesn't work and you cannot hear anything

Check the new cord has the same number of wires. Some handsets will work on 2 wires some need 4.

Reset your phone if still d problem occurs it may b hardware problem.. In that case contact your nearest service centre..

Make sure all the volume is up. If you sill don't hear anything, speaker or wires might be faulty. Needs servicing.

Dear, since this mobile is new, you must have been turned your call speakers(front top speaker) to mute.
you can turn it on in call setting menu or directly when you are in call.

Do you put the handset back in its cradle when you party answers?

Sounds like it's connected to a bluetooth headset. When connected the internal speakers are disabled.

The switch that the handpiece activates is not working. Could be optical, magnetic or physical. It may need cleaning, adjusting or a wire connection repaired. Also check the curly cord and its connections between the handpiece and telephone.

It definitely is not the speaker but the Microphone; we got to have tested no smart way out.

I'm pretty sure it isn't any result of the "Get It Now" message you received. My EnV did this same thing, so I returned it and got another one. Shortly after, this one did the exact same thing. At this point, they had to have a new one mailed to me.. and guess what? This one MAILED to me broken. I was activating it over the phone, so I had a phone to my ear, and dialed the activation number on speaker phone with my new EnV... not realizing at this point that speaker was the only mode that worked for me! However, a half an hour later when a phone call came in, I couldn't hear anything going on. I thought I just had bad luck with EnV's.. but maybe they just aren't as great as everyone thinks? But, yeah. For this, they often just give you the new phones free because it's a manufacturing problem. You'll have to take it in.
