This looks like your motor. With these smaller specialized motors sometimes you can't just make an easy change like they do with larger industrial motors. MOTOR 23 2013 ZHS23 TY50B E212993

There should be a small electric motor that turns the wheel that looks like flames. That little motor may not be working making it look like the flames don't work. May have to replace the motor.
With only the little information about the company, there's not much chance in finding the part (blower) you're looking for. However, 98% of all the electric fireplaces and stoves, like yours are China imports and are made almost identically, but have some replacement parts available. The solution is, finding a similar unit to yours by another manufacturer, that uses the same size and type blower. Most use what are called squirrel cage blowers rated at 120 cfm and is rated for 230 volts. Based on the voltage requirement, I feel pretty sure, it was never sold in the USA. With some online research, you may can find one.
Hope this helped you and thanks for choosing FixYa.
Sounds as if the Fan Switch may also be faulty. Or the new fan motor is defective. Is the flame function on the electric fireplace working? If the flame function is working, than obviously the fault is either in the fan switch or the new fan motor.
If the motor has a regular receptacle type plug on the end of the cord, try plugging it directly to a wall outlet and see if it works. If you're able to do that, then the problem is in the fireplace's fan switch or in the wiring circuitry going to the fan motor. Perhaps, this is what was wrong all along and not the fan motor, itself.
If nothing is working, check the wall receptacle that the fireplace is plugged into, by plugging in an electric lamp. If the lamp won't turn on, then there's a circuit breaker tripped in your homes circuit breaker panel. Check the circuit breaker panel for a tripped breaker and with nothing plugged into the offending receptacle, reset the breaker. Plug the fireplace back into the receptacle, turn it on and see if it trips the circuit breaker. If it does, there's an electrical short some where in the fireplace. Look for burned or frayed wiring, as well as bad connections.
If you unplug it and look at how front glass is held in, and remove it, to access imitation logs etc and they should be removable. Under them you will see a small rod from side to side with foil ribbon like pieces attached to it. On one end there will be a small motor that turns that shaft/rod and it reflects the light to make it look like fire. Not uncommon for those motors to quit and need replacing. Write down make , model and serial number off back (usually) of your heater, and check owners manual for number to call for replacement parts. You may even find an appliance store in your area that has same motor. I would have motor tested before I replace it just to be sure. Also make sure that nothing on that shaft was wedged against something that would prevent it from turning .If you have difficulty with any of this, get back to me with that make and model number etc., and I'll follow up on it for you. Good Luck ! They're usually not that bad to work on.
you have to remove the doors and then the lower ember cover, he lighs are underneath.... i am looking on how o make he flame move, it froze and won look like real fire anymore
