I cannot print C5 envelopes on HP C7280

Unfortunately there is no available drivers for this printer for MAC OS

my c7280 prints anything magenta in yellow meanwhile i have a lot of magenta ink and i have not mixed ink colours too...anything magenta prints yellow.
any help in resolving this pls?

Does the c7280 use seperate Magenta and PhotoMagenta cartridges? If so make certain the right cartridge is in the correct slot.

This is a paper size problem with the software, go to page setup and under "Paper Size" choose "User Defined" or "Custom" and fill in all of the dimensional information about the envelope and save with a name you will recognize. Now, when you print make sure you have selected the envelope from the paper list and you should be good to go. dirver conflict, completely remove from OS, take off network and see if HP works independently well. reset on network and share again.
