MY ON AND OFF BUTTON WILL NOT WORK. I CAN NOT TURN IT OFF.

make sure the face plate in connected properly

Turn off plack power button, turn back on, then press cycle selection button 4 times very quickly. flashing lights should change, shut machine and it should fire up and work...... it worked for me. May have to try it several times as getting the 4 button press timed right can be a bit tricky.

Some of those buttons work in combination with the two dials (i.e., setting ISO and white balance, etc.). Hold a buttin down and user the knobs simoultaneously.
If this is not the issue, please describe specifically which buttons are not workin...

Please try to turn the monitor off. hold down the Menu button while the monitor is turned off, then press the Power button again to turn the monitor back on. This should unlock your OSD menu. best regards

Can you turn it on with the remote? Do any of the other function swithes on the tv work vol,ch up,down,menu etc. If switches on set do not work check in menu for button lock feature. keeps kids from pushing buttons.

The EZ button software must be installed to turn the radio on or off. The switch on the side does nothing.

I GOT THIS FROM THE RCA WEBSITE...IT WORKED FOR ME...THE CRUCIAL STEP IS TO KEEP PRESSING THE REVERSE BUTTON DON'T JUST PRESS IT ONCE LIKE A LOT OF SITES SAY TO DO.  I HAD TO PRESS IT A FEW TIMES, AND THEN IT TURNED THE TV BACK ON AND THE REMOTE WORKED!!! MY REMOTE WAS THE RCA RCR312W...TV IS AN OLDER ORION

1. TURN ON THE COMPONENT (THE TV, DVD, ETC)
2. HOLD THE TV (OR DVD) BUTTON AND THE ON/OFF BUTTON AT THE SAME TIME.  IT WILL STAY LIT.
3. PRESS THE PLAY BUTTON EVERY FIVE SECONDS until the component turns off.
   
4. Each time the Play button is pressed, the illuminated ON-OFF button blinks ten times and a block of 10 codes is sent to your component. This process continues until all the codes in the Code Lists have been searched. If the component has not turned off after all codes have been searched, the illuminated ON-OFF button blinks four times, turns off, and the Auto Code Search Entry method is exited. 
   
5. When the component turns off, press and release the REVERSE button, then wait two seconds to see if the component turns on again.
   
6. If the component does not respond, continue to press the REVERSE button EVERY TWO SECONDS UNTIL THE COMPONENT TURNS ON again. This will isolate the correct code in the last block of codes sent. Each time the REVERSE button is pressed, the illuminated ON-OFF button blinks.
   
7. If the REVERSE button is accidentally pressed after the component responds, press and release the FORWARD button. Wait two seconds to see if the component turns off again.
   
8. To save the new code, press and release the STOP button.
   
9. The illuminated ON-OFF button turns off. You must press the STOP button to save the code.

its problem wid software .just flash d set and work.but u ll loose all data.

the same problem happened with my left control button. i couldnt turn back to the song. so i tried clicking the button several times turning the power on/off. eventually within about a week the button worked again. hope i helped in some way.
