Im not familure with this item but on the older style fridge ice would build up in the freezer blocking the air ways to the bottom half of the fridge in this case you would need to remove the food from the freezer and fridge and unplug it open the doors and let it thaw out for a day or so I wish you luck and I hope this was helpful
Check the condenser grille on the back is clean and warm to the touch. It should cool down towards the bottom and the drier cooler still. If it's cold, suspect short of refrigerant. If it's hot, move the fridge away from the wall to help it cool down.
first off the freezer is cold but not cold enough?if the freezer isn't working right then the fridge is gonna be warm too,all it does is get cold in the freezer and the evap fan blows cold air into the fridge, that's it.i need you to do a few checks for me,open the freezer door,do you hear the fan blowing around,if not you could have a bad evap fan motor, next from the bottom up remove the second bin from the bottom and touch the back wall,do you feel any ice or snow on the back wall.if so you have a defrost problem, possible computer board, defrost thermostat or heater.let me know what you find.one more thing did this happen after you cleaned it or did you clean it to try to see if it would help?
The fridge gets its cold air from the freezer through a vent(damper) between the freezer and fridge. The fan in the freezer blows air through it. Make sure this fan is running. You may have to hold the door switch in for it to run. There is a flap you adjust with the fridge temp. control. Make sure it's opening and closing when you adjust the fridge temp. The problem could be the electronic control if you have one or the mechanical linkages.
if the freezer is cold and the fridge is not then it can be several things. The freezer could have a bunrt out defrost heater, defrost timer faulty, fan not working in the freezer??. all of these things will stop your fridge getting cold, but your freezer will still be around minus 9 deg c. you wont get any air into the fridge as the coil in the freezer is prob all iced over. Dont worry about the heat on the door frame as it is only the anti sweat heater
Your frost free is not defrosting properly. There should be no ice buildup in the freezer section. Frost in the freezer section stops air circulation to the refrigerator section.
