PUK stands for Personal Unblocking Key. This is a uniqueeight-digit code specific to your SIM card. This is required when the PINnumber to unlock your mobile phone is entered incorrectly 3 times. You are thengiven 10 attempts to enter your PUK code. If an incorrect PUK code is enteredafter the 10th attempt, you will block your SIM card permanently and willrequire a new SIM card from your mobile phone provider.

Your cell phone service provider can give you the PUK code once you give themyour account details and they have confirmed your identity.

Ok, if you are talking about the security code when you switch the phone on, here is how you can fix it.

OK, you need to type in the code wrong, until you are asked for your PUK code. HERE is how you retrieve you PUK code.

Call your service provider and tell them that you need your puk code- shouldn't be too much of an issue for them to give it to you. Make sure that you write it down for future reference.

you have received with the sim card 2 codes one the card unlock code and one the puk code if you put 3 times rong code then you need puk code for reseting the card code .
you provider can give you the 2 codes ,mostally you have to pay for it.

PUK code in PIN UNLOCKING CODE, which is required when you give PIN number wrongly for 3 times,
This code is OPERATOR specific and not phone specific and you have to call you operator and get PUK if PIN is blocked...

if you provide PUK code wrongly for 10 time, you sim may become useless, then you have to buy new SIM

Hi your only option is to call your phone service provider, I've explained more on this page

well it's not the fone,. its the sim card.. call ur network provider.. and they will give your puk code...
